Join us Sept. 24 in Bancroft for the Moving Planet event sponsored by 350.org. Three routes of different lengths will be walked for input on whether they should be on a map. Join us to walk the loop of your choice and give your feedback & help identify places of interest that should go on a new Bancroft map being created by the BBIA. This event is being organized and promoted by the Town of Bancroft & Sustainable Bancroft. We start at 10:00 AM from the rock garden on Flint & Hastings St.

Sustainable Bancroft is now Final

On May 10, 2011 Bancroft Town Council approved the final version of Sustainable Bancroft by a vote of 7-0.

They made a point of recognizing and thanking the volunteers who worked so hard to make this happen. You know who you are so give yourself a pat on the back.

The final version of the Sustainable Bancroft and the sustainability checklist have been posted on the site.
